Casually Biased: Episode Six

Show notes

Missouri just made Florida look ordinary, Alabama may be back, and the Red River Rivalry is ready to wreck somebody’s season. Carson, Eric, Derek, and Pico sort through a weekend that flipped expectations and make their calls on the games that could reshape the college football conversation.

Was Florida exposed, or is Missouri a real SEC contender? The crew debates what the Tigers’ dominant win means, whether Alabama has earned its place among the nation’s best, and if Miami is truly elite or simply untested. They also weigh Northwestern’s playoff chances, Nebraska’s rise, and the coaching-carousel question: when a program struggles, is a new coach the answer, or is the grass greener where you are?

Then it’s time for the rivalries and picks. The hosts bring very different levels of confidence to Oklahoma-Texas, Georgia-Alabama, Indiana-Nebraska, and Texas A&M-Missouri, before sharing their bets of the week. Along the way, they argue over fall favorites, from chili and bourbon to pumpkin spice, pie, and hot cocoa.
